I believe:
The cake’s flavor should always exceed it’s presentation.
Dancing while making buttercream icing is the most important ingredient.
The wedding cake should represent the couple’s taste and personal style .
I’m only as good as my last cake and should always try to one up myself every time.
Well I’ve been creating and blogging my cakes for a while now and I’m amazed on how many people around the globe follow and read each week. I’m really grateful. I’ve been getting a few emails here and there asking more about myself. Like, where did you learn? What inspires you?
