I’ve had a mission to make a very decadent cupcake for quite awhile now. So when Toronto Life Magazine asked me to design them a Caketress cupcake I knew this give me a reason to. This three layer Belgium chocolate cupcake (a layer of flourless chocolate cake, layer of rich chocolate brownie and with Godiva white chocolate mascarpone mousse) was decorated with white chocolate textured ruffles painted with 24 k gold and wrapped in a custom golden wrapper .
