Beth + Graham’s Square Wedding Cake

I love freehand sculpting on cakes – it’s probably one of my favorite techniques. For Beth and Graham’s three tier square wedding cake, I designed a hand rouched overlapping design with an edible beaded broach. Falling purple hydrangeas complimented this chocolate coconut cake.
