Last year I designed a cake for Grace and Ryan’s Ritz Carlton wedding. Inspiration for the cake came from Grace’s Romona Keveza couture gown that had hundreds of fabric petals with crystals adorned on the dress. Hundreds of sugar petals and silver dragees were applied to create the look of the creme brulee flavored wedding cake.
