Lori Hutchinson teaches her own  Haute Couture Cake Class  at the reputable Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts in Toronto.  For information on this class and private classes taught at the school please contact the school directly at info@bonniegordoncakes.com .

International private or group classes can be arrange on case by case basis and based on availability. Please fill out the contact form for more information.

For internship opportunities, because of the attention given to the cakes, a four month commitment is required and are usually between the months of May – November.  Internship applicates must have an advanced knowledge of gum paste, rolled fondant and baking cakes.
